Most people are friendly.It is the second time in a period of 10 months that I have been treated by a doctor whose name I don't remember, but she... has straight, bob-type hair.I understand that it is necessary to follow the indicated guidelines, my opinion has the objective that there is more empathy and consideration, this doctor seems more like a customs agent or inquisitor than an interviewer, it is already uncomfortable to have to undress and be examined to be receiving that treatment. You are hired to do that work, but you are not government agents and we pay for your services. The doctor in question in my first review apparently did not write down my answers correctly, 10 months later I am going to renew my studies and she treats me like a liar because my answers do not match the information from 10 months ago, it is worth mentioning that these answers should be irrelevant for an immigration procedure, such as the date of a surgery, which did not coincide. On both occasions I do not consider that this doctor treated me adequately. It's my only complaint, other than that they are friendly and efficient.read more

Came here on the 15th with 2 appointments for my in laws, everyone is super nice and helpful. The only allowed one person to go in with the person... applying, also be aware they make you take off your clothes just so you can have a heads up, they also do X-rays if they find anything on the lungs you will have to do a 3 day TB test I know this due to my father n law- after that your interview case will be suspended until 8-9 weeks when your results come back in, after a negative result you will get your appointment with in the next 2 weeks after results, if positive you will have other options, besides all this im pleased with all there help. Also I ended up paying for each in law like $600 maybe a little cheaper, there is a big waiting area for family members and restrooms,read more
The process for my visa physical exam was easy. The staff were very helpful and very kind. Make sure to check for your vaccine record, they will... provide them here but they are costly.Things to know:- family members or companions can wait in the lobby- there is a restaurant if your family gets hungry while waiting- Bring passport, vaccine record, covid vaccine, print out of visa interview.read more
