What are the medical examination hours?
Our hours are from Monday to Friday, from 06:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. There is no limit on the number of patients per day, so anyone who arrives within the indicated hours will be attended.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have free parking at our facilities.
When do you recommend I schedule my medical examinations?
We recommend scheduling your examinations at least 1 business day in advance. If the applicant is a minor under 15 years old, we recommend scheduling their examinations at least two days before their consular appointment.

Yes, we accept credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express).
I had my previous examination and my visa was denied, can I go to other clinic?
No, avoid double expenses and complications. You should always go to the clinic where you had your first examination. Please present proof of your previous examination.
