We are accredited by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to
conduct immigration medical exams. At CMI, we provide specialized care delivered
by our trained panelists.

DOCUMENTATION

If available, an application sheet displaying your IME, UMI, or UCI number for family petitions.
Valid passport.
If you are currently undergoing medical treatment or have had recent surgery, please bring your prescription and/or medical summary.

PREPARE FOR YOUR EXAMS

Remember to schedule your free transportation from your accommodation or the airport to the clinic. Schedule transportation
There is no need to fast. We recommend having a light breakfast before your exams.
Women should not come for the medical examination while menstruating to avoid urine sample contamination.
If you wear glasses, please bring them to the exam.
If you are taking any medication, do not stop it; it will not affect the results in any way.
Minors under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by one of their parents, guardians, or petitioners. If none of the aforementioned can accompany them, they need to present a notarized letter, signed and sealed.
We have free parking available.
We have a waiting room inside our facilities for your companions.

*Pregnant women cannot complete the medical examination due to a lack of X-rays; however, they can defer it until after the baby is born.

Important information to consider

Avoid falling victim to scams! At Clínica Médica Internacional, we do not work with third parties. We recommend contacting us through our official contact channels.
Payment is only made at the clinic after the medical examination is completed.
If you have previously undergone the exams and need to retake them, you must go to the clinic where you initially took the exam. Please provide your previous exam receipt.
If you arrive before or after your appointment time, don’t worry! We will attend to you immediately.*

*Medical examination hours are from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
